the location was quite good. the reception service was also good. the staff were nice, i felt.

I was charmed by the rooftop pool. It is very long and provides beautiful sea views! the breakfast was also excellent, i appreciated the very attentive staff. my premier king room was large and spacious. It featured a very complete bathroom. the complimentary city tour was great!
The housekeeping service felt a little inconsistent. One day, the quilt cover was not replaced. i found a small biro mark that i made on the day of arrival still on the bed, and the room cleaning had a strong smell.

the rooftop pool area offered a pleasant escape from the city bustle.
housekeeping really needs improvement the room had a lingering odor of urine after cleaning one day. i also had to call multiple times before anyone collected our laundry it took 40 minutes. the quilt cover wasn't replaced during my entire stay i noticed a pen mark remained visible.

the rooftop infinity pool was amazing and the garden bar had cool views of the ocean. i saw passing trains from the breakfast buffet, it was lovely. i had a king room with a balcony, it made things easy. if i return, i know where to stay.
the food at dinner was too expensive. for the amount i paid, the portions should been bigger. i found myself still hungry, it was affecting the stay.

The staffs attitude lacked warmth. it almost reminded me of they was indifferent to us. there breakfast buffet also lacked quality. I found many items were not fresh. they really need to improve in this area. the wifi was not that strong either and this also needs addressed.

the room was big and clean. the mini bar items were all complimentary. room allotment was efficient. travel desk and concierge seemed knowledgeable.
i stayed nineteen nights. i was given a bad initial room. i requested a better room for my long stay, but it was ignored.
